In a Nutshell

Name: Hi! I'm Tehya!
Species: Mommy says I'm a Puma, but she also says there's other words for what we are.
Gender: You can't tell? Well, I'm a girl.
Age: Mommy tells me I was a little over three moons before the bad stuff happened.
Birthplace: I was born on the old world.
Preferred Region: Mommy says The Light Forest is the best place to be around here.

On the Surface

Physical Description: Mommy says I'm beautiful and that I take a lot after my daddy, but that doesn't really help, does it? Ummm... I'm the biggest cub mommy's ever had, but she says I'm probably about average in size and build for a healthy cub my age. My fur's a sort of tawny yellow that's lighter at the front of my muzzle and on my chest but darker around my paws and I have dark markings around the end of my muzzle, the backs of my ears, and at the tip of my tail. I have brown spots all over my body that used to be as dark as my other markings but are fading as I get older. My eyes are transitioning from blue to their adult color, which mommy tells me will probably be green or yellow.

Digging Deeper

Personality: I'm still young and growing, and my mommy says my personality will probably develop more as I get older. Right now, my main thing is probably curiosity. I love to explore and figure things out, and mommy's said that's put me in danger before. I don't remember any danger, just her picking me up and carrying me back home at random times. Anyway, I try to be happy and friendly, and I like to be helpful when I can. I tend to get into trouble, though, and mommy says I'm really clingy and dependent. She says that's normal for my age, though, and that I'll probably grow out of it...if I grow. We're not sure what this new place allows.

History:
It used to be me, mommy, and daddy alone on a mountain full of food and shelter. Daddy didn't live with us and I've only seen him a couple times, but he was nice. At least, he never did anything to hurt me and mommy says he helped her sometimes. He stopped coming around, though, and Mommy says he's in a better place waiting for us. My time was always spent playing and eating and sleeping and everything else a young cub does to survive and stave off boredom. From what I know, I had a normal, happy life.
Now, though, mommy and I are who-knows-where. I don't know how it happened, but it was scary! Even now I'm scared, but I still have Mommy. Maybe we can find a way back home, or maybe even something better!

Family: My mommy, Tiva, is the only family I have now.
