About Groups

Ah, groups. One of the things that will (hopefully) make this rp a lot more interesting! So, here's all you need to know about forming and joining a group.

Forming a group

Requirements:

• You must have at least five characters, spread across at least three members, to form a group.
  
• They must have something in common, whether it be species, beleifs, or goals.
  
• The members interested in forming the group must have the specifics already planned and agreed upon.
  

Doing the deed:

• One member must fill out the form below(all fields), and post it in a new thread in this board.
  
• The rest of the members forming the group must then reply to that thread and give their approval. When all the members have posted, the thread will be locked.
  
• The group members must all have at least two threads together, one previous one with at least one other member in the group, and then the one where they actually form the group.
  
• That's right, you must make a "forming group" thread! Once it's finished, I (Cobalt) will make your group's sub-board and put you in all the listings and news and such!
  

Maintaining the group:

• If the group falls to less than four members (characters, that is), then they must disband. They can still travel together, but they can no longer claim territory.
  
• You're in charge of keeping any important positions up-to-date. I probably will be helping a whole bunch whether I'm involved or not, though. ^^
  

Joining a group:

• If you want a new character to be born into a group, go ahead and put it in there, and you're good. They will have to be found very shortly after birth from past souls and adopted, if you will, so check with the group to make sure that is reasonable.
  
• If you want an existing character to join a group, you can discuss it with whoever rps the group leader(if there is one). If the group has no leader, pm me (Cobalt) and I'll help contact the group members. (:
  

The Form

Group Name: If you need help naming the group, I'm always happy to offer suggestions!

Group Premise: What do they all have in common? Species, beleifs, or goals? What are they?

Group Territory: Can be in the Nexus Forest, Bright Forest, Shadowed Forest, Misty Plains, or Black Meadows. Or they can be wanderers.

Group System: Any ranking systems or other notable ways that the group works? Explain in detail here!

Founding Members: At least 3.

Founding Characters: At least 5.

Sub-board Description: The board description for the group's territory.
